When we are closed

If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or call 111.

NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.

Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.

Late Evening Appointments

We are offering late evening appointments

Monday to Friday between the hours of 6.30pm and 8pm at Hillsprings Health Centre and Wellbeing, Rugeley, and on Saturday and Sunday at Cannock Chase Hospital in the GP Suite.

Appointments are also available from Hillsprings Health and Wellbeing Centre, Rugeley.

Appointments will be prebooked only.

To book an extended hours appointment contact the surgery on 01889 881 206 between 8am and 6.30pm weekdays.

Please note that these appointment will not be available on line.

Public Transport

There is a bus stop on Main Road opposite the Hazeldene House Surgery building. It is a very short walk from the bus stop to us.

We have a large patient car park. The car park is only for the use of patients whilst attending the surgery, please move your car as soon as you leave the surgery..

All patient facilities at our main Surgery, apart from Treatment Room C, are at ground floor level and designed for ease of access. A fully equipped toilet for the disabled is located next to the main entrance. For patients who are hard of hearing we have an induction ‘Loop’ system. There is also a wheelchair kept on the premises for patients use within the building when necessary.
